as a home owner, should have a comfort level in knowing that our goal is to enhance that security
and help you build the home you desire.
What you should know:
Finding the right contractor can be tricky.  Here are some key points to look for when
selecting a contractor:

* Licensed and Insured.  They should be willing to provide it for themselves and          
  any subs they may utilize *
* Compare bids, get second opinions.  Quality doesn't cost...it pays! *  
* Check your comfort level.  You have a sense of trust right from the start.        
Always follow your gut feelings *
How we will work together:

The key to any successful venture is communication.  Your contractor should have
regular meetings scheduled with you to discuss progress and any changes or
obstacles that may arise. We provide you with a personal coordinator to help ensure
your satisfaction and awareness of your project.  You should never feel "in the dark"
about your construction status.
